A Follow-Up Tracker That Doesn't Want Your Email
Just open it and use it. No signup wall. No free trial. No catch.
You need to track a handful of follow-ups. That's it. So why does every tool ask for your name, your email, your phone number, your company size, your role, and your firstborn child?
Then they want you to “start a free 14-day trial” before inevitably nudging you toward a $29/month plan you don't need.
The problem with most follow-up tools
- ✗They want your email so they can "nurture" you into a paid plan.
- ✗They sync to the cloud which sounds convenient until you realize they're mining your contact list.
- ✗They over-promise features like AI email writers and automated sequences that you'll never use.
- ✗They gate basic functionality behind paywalls, so a simple tracker becomes a $50/month commitment.
How Embrr is different
We built Embrr because we were tired of the signup-wall-paywall treadmill.
- ✓No signup. No email required. Just open it and start tracking.
- ✓No cloud sync. Your data stays in your browser. We never see it.
- ✓No paywalls. Free forever. Not "free trial." Actually free.
- ✓No feature bloat. Track people. See who's cooling off. That's it.
Wait, how do you make money?
We don't. Not yet, anyway.
This is a tool we built for ourselves and decided to share. If it grows and we need to sustain it, maybe we'll add optional premium features. But the core? The follow-up tracker you're using today? That stays free. Forever.
(We're not venture-backed. We don't have growth targets. We're just people who wanted a simple tool that doesn't suck.)
Who is this for?
Embrr works best for solo consultants, freelancers, and independent professionals who need to track a small number of high-value relationships.
If you're managing 10-20 people—clients, referral partners, warm intros—and you just want to remember when you last talked to them, this is for you.
If you need pipelines, team collaboration, or Salesforce integrations, this is not for you. And that's okay. There are plenty of tools for that. This isn't one of them.
Example scenario
Say you come home from a conference with 8 business cards. You add them to your contacts, and… nothing happens. With a tracker, you add them immediately. When someone starts cooling off, you get a visual reminder—like having a system that prevents good connections from dying through neglect.
Privacy-first. Complexity-last.
Your contacts never leave your device. Works entirely in your browser.
